Q1: What is the principle behind Deepure?
Deepure works on the principle of Extract then Absorb. The Bio-Cellulose mask first seeps into your pores to loosen trapped oil, sebum and impurities. As the mask dries, it draws all of that out. Only once your pores are clear can your skincare truly absorb. This is why the mask must be worn until fully dry — removing it early means only half the job is done.

 

Q2: Will wearing it for 3 hours dry out my skin?
No. The biggest feature of Bio-Cellulose is that it is breathable but moisture-retaining. While it draws out impurities, it simultaneously locks hydration into the skin. Even when the mask is completely dry, your skin remains moisturised and smooth underneath.

 

Q3: Why does it need to be worn for so long?
Deepure is not a regular moisturising mask. The extended wear time is the mechanism — not just a suggestion. The longer the mask dries, the more effective the extraction becomes. In short: the drier it gets, the deeper it cleanses.

 

Q4: Can I use it every day?
We do not recommend daily use. Deepure contains a concentrated essence — using it too frequently may lead to excess nutrients in the skin and could trigger breakouts. We recommend once a week, consistently, for best results.

 

Q5: Is it safe for sensitive skin?
Yes. Deepure is formulated without fragrance, alcohol, parabens, or common irritants. The Bio-Cellulose material is natural, skin-friendly and non-allergenic. It is suitable for oily, combination and sensitive skin types. If you have highly reactive skin, a patch test before first use is recommended.

 

Q6: Do I need to wash my face after removing the mask?
Yes — we recommend rinsing your face with water after removal, just to clear any impurities that may remain on the skin. After rinsing, apply the remaining essence from the sachet onto your face. Avoid layering heavy skincare products immediately after — give your freshly cleansed pores a moment to breathe.

 

Q7: How long does the mask last after opening?
Use it immediately after opening. If necessary, it can be kept for up to 24 hours — but no longer, as the essence will begin to oxidise once exposed to air.

 

Q8: Should the mask be stored in the fridge?
Not recommended. Cold temperatures cause pores to contract, which makes deep cleansing less effective. Store at room temperature and apply to skin that has not been exposed to cold.

 

Q9: Can I use my regular skincare products after the mask?
Yes — just not on the same day. Allow your skin to rest after a Deepure session. Resume your normal skincare routine the following day for best results.

 

Q10: Can I use Deepure after laser treatment or a skin procedure?
Bio-Cellulose is widely used in the medical and aesthetic industry for post-procedure recovery due to its gentle, skin-friendly properties. Deepure can generally be used for post-treatment care — however, always consult your doctor or aesthetician first depending on your specific procedure.

 

Q11: Why are there no white particles on my mask after removal?
For the white particles to appear, the mask must be worn until it is completely transparent and dry on the skin. After removing it, soak the mask in water for 10 seconds to make the particles more visible. If white particles still do not appear, it simply means your skin is already quite clean — you can reduce your usage frequency accordingly.
