Refund policy

This Return and Refund Policy (“Policy”) is issued by Chanpion Group Sdn. Bhd. (Co. No. 201901007004 (1316331-P)) (hereinafter referred to as “Halo and You”, “we”, “our” or “us”).

By purchasing from our official website, you (“User” or “you”) agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

A. Return Eligibility

You may return your product within 30 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • Product must be unused, unopened, and sealed in original condition
  • All packaging must be intact
  • Product must be in resell able condition

B. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used skincare or personal care items
  • Complimentary or promotional items (e.g. vouchers, samples, free gifts)
  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling
  • Products not purchased from our official website
C. How to Initiate a Return

You will need to provide:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photo evidence (for damaged or defective items)

If your request is approved, you will be given return instructions and address details.

D. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • If return is approved, return shipping fees may be deducted from the final refund
E. Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund via email
  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 14 business days

If the returned item does not meet the return criteria, we reserve the right to reject the refund and return the product to your original delivery address.

F. Delayed Refunds

If your refund has not appeared:

  1. Check your bank or credit card statement
  2. Contact your card provider or bank
  3. If unresolved, email us at support@haloandyou.com

G. Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, please email us at support@haloandyou.com. All items are subject to inspection and stock availability.
